Do I already have a tune?

I just bought a 2005 GTO with 6 spd. I have not yet picked up the car. I fly out next Friday to pick it up and drive it home 880 miles. The car is at a dealer ship so I don't think they will know the answer.

I am interested in buying a Predator Sport U7191 for it, but how can I be sure that the car doesn't already have a tune? From the photos, I can see that someone has installed a K&N CAI. The car has less then 5000 miles on it.

Well, the best thing I could recommend would be to have the dealership flash it with the latest updates to be sure it is a stock tune.
Tell them that you want to be sure there is no tune on it and ask them to reflash it back to stock, it should take all of ten minutes.
