predator freezes after it gets hot......I gotta wait until the predator cools down in order to install/modify the tune.......its been doing it ever since I bought it from Phantasm Motorsports.......please advice

so, is it getting this hot sitting in the car all day, or it gets hot when you plug it in, are you logging, help me out here....

when I plug it in........Ie: I can only do one download/modify tune before it gets hot.....after that I can't do anything except data log

Fill out the rma request and we'll check it out.

Be sure to put the stock tune back on it before you send it in.

I mailed the DSP to you guys & you sent it back to me saying there's nothing wrong with it well guess what....there is & I got pictures so, you can believe me.....this is ridiculous!!!! so far I'm disappointed with the programmer & the tech support.....I'm going to post picture later tonight unless you want me to email it to you mikel?

I had this on my bench for 3 days, left it logging OVERNIGHT once, never got even warm to the touch.

I flashed 2 different PCMs with it and logged for hours, it would not do it for me.

My engineers feel there may be a wiring issue in your vehicle, as this is not something we have ever seen before.

What do these pictures show exactly?

after it tells me to turn on & off for the last time it turns off by it self & the screens stay lid but blank & then it says the last tune was not installed correctly & it gets warm it does not stay cooled....the only time it stays cool is when I'm @ the computer downloading update/tunes for it......& this been happening ever since I bought it......btw I'm in a hot garage & not in an a/c environment

I swear to you that did not happen when this tool was in my hands, finished the flash no problem.

Can you try it in a different car?

I can't since I don't have another srt or pt cruiser
