U7164 2008 Ford F-550 6.4 powerstroke
this was working on my truck, engine light came on, dealer reflashed truck, now predator says tool unsupported!!

I updated latest revision- still nothing!! what do i need to do???

i waited 33 minutes on hold- saying to use this forum site- any idea when i can get a response?

i am interested in your situation keep us updated with what they tell you..

They don't monitor this forum on weekends. What they will tell you is to call in with the tool powered up so they can walk you through re-setting it. You will probably have to fax or email them a copy of the invoice from your dealer showing that they re flashed the truck. To avoid this later, restore the original backup to the truck before taking it to the dealer for anything. If you have a tune currently on the truck when they flash it, this will happen.

i installed the original backup in the truck before sending it to the dealer. i really need this to work again as we are pulling every day!!

what is the version on the Predator currently?

did ford do a new reflash that you guys need to figure out? if it is going to be a while, i would like to return this so i can get one that works! please let me know. i know it is not your fault if ford keeps updating, but i need to at least hear something from you!

It may be a couple weeks yet to get this added.

this is ridiculous! it has been months since i can use this tuner for the 2008 f-550!! please let me know when i can actually use this again!!
