Calling all big chevy truck fans with allison transmissions! GET A DIABLEW TUNE! I'm amazed at the fine work Lew does going through the pcm and tweaking all the lovely junk gm puts in stock lol. It really woke my truck up! So do yourself a favor and get a AWESOME Tune! Hmm maybe DS could make a national Lew holiday lmao

Just got a custom tune from 06montess (lew) at diablew tune and I have to say at first i was skeptical figuring that all he was going to do was check the settings I did. Well I put the tune in and gave her a try (07 sierra 2500hd extended cab long bed 4x4 6.0l) and I should have brought a change of underwear. It lit the tires up through 3 gears finally had to let off the gas to get control. When doing the WOT/PE log had to use 4wd and gas mileage went up 4 mpg. Let me say Lew KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING and that's coming from an old ASE certified mechanic. Lew did a great job and got the tune done fast and accurate it was well worth the $. So give Lew a shout you wont be sorry, and bring a change of underwear on your first run with the tune, you will need them.

I concur. Lew is about 75% of the reason to even own a Predator between his tech support, general knowledge, and custom tunes.

With any luck my friend will get rid of his when he gets his new car.

Diablo won't do a damn thing to help me either fix my own nor give me any information about getting it fixed >_>

hey how much do you charge to create a tune on a predator for my supercharged 06 silverado 1500hd with the 6.0? You've got quite a fan club so I figured you know whats up with tuning trucks!

D'oh!! ya had me til you said "supercharged" hahah...

I don't do forced induction via email tunes... you should really get tuned on a dyno with a setup like that, so that timing and afr and whatnot can be monitored there on the spot in person, and adjustments can be made, so that you're not driving around on a tune that's not 100% for your vehicle setup...

now, if you were NOT supercharged, hell yeah I could hook you up!!

Do you have to have a WOT log in order to do a costom tune? Or just a driving log and tune file?
