u7170 tuner update problem
hey guys, my problem hopefully is a simple one. i just updated a customers u7170 to the latest revision and now when i went to install i was told cal id not supported. can i get some help with this. the cal id is vlae303. the sooner the better as he is an out of town customer. i will have to correct the predator and send it to him. the vehicle is a 1999 ford e350 with a 7.3 diesel. other than this glitch he has loved the tunes we installed!!
