2001 6L Suburban

Just purchased a used U7198. I plugged it in to my vehicle, it backed up my original flash and let me proceed. I attempted to change tire size and when it tried to upload it failed. My vehicle now, will not start. I get "###ERROR### VIN NOT FOUND". I proceed to restore factory tune and it fails again with "UNKNOWN ERROR" followed by "SCRIPT ERROR INTERP...STOPPED" followed by "WRITE ERROR". I have removed the stereo with the harness converter. I have cut the wires to the trailer brakes as I never use them. I removed fuses to fog lamps. Which fuses NEED to be in the vehicle for the predator to function. I want to remove all the fuses and eliminate everything! Can there be any other underlying issue to cause this other than wire harness/ground problems? It shows that a "Factory Tune" is installed on it. The device does say it is locked although i can plug it into another GM vehicle and still get real time data. I will not try to flash my other vehicle.
I hope someone can help me with this. I will send in the Predator to uograde for $99 but I would like to at least get my Suburban started before I send it off. No telling how long it will gone. I am trying to avoid towing my vehicle to the dealer which is 45 miniutes away.

UPDATE: I disconnected the battery for a half hour. Still no good. No it tells me "NO RESPONSE> IS IGNITION ON?" It is on. I am now charging the battery in a last ditch effort.

HELP PLEASE. ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREAT!!!

UPDATE: I connected a new battery. I still have the same error "NO RESPONSE> IS IGNITION ON?" I dont know what I'm missing here. The ignition is definitely on. The engine cranks and all lights and sounds turn on when i turn the key.

I hate to say it, but that is probably why it was sold in the first place.

Often these issues are caused by aftermarket electronics in the vehicle, radios, amps, trailer brakes, remote starts, but it could be an issue withthat older tool.
