New tune with replacement MAF?

I have a 2001 Mustang GT with a Procharger installed. I had it tuned by an authorized Diablosport Tuner about 3 years ago. Now I believe the Mass Air Sensor may be going bad (High LTFT, sooty tail pipe, hesitation). If I replace it with the same type of MAF do I need to get the car retuned? I currently have a stock Ford MAF with a MAF.ia set to 3 installed.
