New Custom Cam Tune FOR MODERATOR

Post by devildog125 »

I was wanting to install a new cam in my truck and im no where near a cmr dealer. I was wondering how i would go about getting a custom tune for my truck. Here are the specs for the new cam:
Comp Cam PN#54-600-11
Cam Style Hydraulic roller tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range 2,000-6,400
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift 219
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift 233
Duration at 050 inch Lift 219 int./233 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration 275
Advertised Exhaust Duration 295
Advertised Duration 275 int./290 exh.

For this truck I already have installed is Spectre Cold Air Intake, Trick Flow Throttlebody Spacer, Edelbrock Headers, MagnaFlow High-Flow Cats, 40 Series Flowmaster and of course Diablosport Tuner U1978 Oh and the truck is a 1999 silverado 5.3l 4x4

whats with all that split?
Looks like a cam for the new L92 style heads as opposed to the older cathedral ports...but I digress...

You want to find a CMR tuner that is comfortable remote tuning and it should work fine.
