Dodge ram 2007 3500 5.9 cummins.
i DIDN'T GET THE CD IN THE BOX Is it possible to loade the tool without
the cd

I tried it on my 2005 300c 5.7hemi and it works.Then reinstalled the factory tune and tried it on my 2007 ram 3500 and it still tells me vehicule not in database.

Your tool most likely needs to be updated. All the files and instructions for updating the tool are available here:
Trinity Downloads Page
and the most recent version of the instructions
You can check to see what revision you're on by selecting
OPTIONS/SHOW INFORMATION
and it will be displayed next to 'Version'

The first time I tried to load the Trinity in my '05 Dodge Cummins, I got the same kind of thing. A friend told me to unplug the trailer towing brake controller and try again. It worked fine after that.

I have updated my Trinity, however, it does not give me an option for my 2007 Ram 3500 with a 6.7L. Is there an update for this engine option?

No, we do not have support for the 6.7 models in Trinity.
