i have a 300c using the predator 7135u if i turn fans to 170 i have a 180 t-stat i still run 194-200 in summer .does this mean when i change the all fans to 170 it turns off at 170 or does it run all the time i cant understand why it gets so hot .

Its due to the undersized radiator. Chrsyler, for whatever reason, uses the same radiator for all LXs, from 2.7 to 6.1. There just isn't enough surface area to keep the temps down on hot days.
They do the same thing with the Jeeps, and I regularly see 220 in traffic.
