Hi,

I have a tune file here which did RDPMotorsports for my jeep SRT8.
Unfortunatly i had to do a software update for my jeep and now the tune file of RDP doesn´t work anymore.

Of course i did get in touch with RDP but they told me that they won´t be able to do the software before end of next week. But i need my car to run my business - without it i am stuck here.

So i would need now a tuner or someone from Diablosport who can help me out here fast. I have the latest revision of the RDP Tune and the original software here.

Borla Type S Exhaust
Cats Removed
Fuel: 95-98 Oct.

Pls. let me know - i can send you immediatly a payment for the tune.

That sucks pretty bad on their part. Its a simple update, why can't Steve do it? I'd call him up and demand it be updated.

Not only that, I'd end my business with RDP. Obviously they don't care about their customers, so screw them, don't be a customer.

Post up the tune file and the NEW backup file, I'll have it done in 5 minutes.

I don´t understand why RDP can´t do it when it is that easy ... and i have told Steve that i really need the car to run my business.

looking at your timestamps, it looks more like 50 minutes, not 5 minutes....

Bleh, too bad there is no timestamp from when I downloaded the file...it was like 12 seconds!
