7186 Help Please

Downloaded and installed --.DSDownloader_Installer_2the crom file .2.1.9.exe " , then the u7186_dmx_lly_lbz-9r10.crom (978k) Now when plugging into truck when it boots and I go to install tune all I get is the message "Your Calibration is not currently supported " and none of the tunes are there, 45 , 65 , 85 and 120 tunes are gone ???? Then states it will try to restore original backup and then get the message " It was already restored or never saved "Help please Have never had a problem but now it will not show any tunes at all and says it does not have the original backup. I have never never had a problem until this update Help Help Help

Well , had to put it back to Crom 9r08 and all is good, tunes are all back and loads perfect. Can you please let me know what to do to get the 9r10 to work, there is diffenetly something wrong when using with the 7186

Has anyone tried and been successful with the 9r10 crom ?

The new update may not recognize some older calids.

If you load 9r10 and it says it does not recognize the vehicle, choose the modify stock tune option and let the tool save a copy of the backup file, upload it to the PC, then email it to [email protected] and we will make a new update for the tool with your calid supported.

Wow, I have always been a 110 % supporter, but why would a crom be posted if it's known not to work with all the vehicles listed ? Should not have to go through all that, why was it posted if it will not work ?

Still nothing ( sent requested info 6/29 ), 2007 Duramax, still do not understand why a crom was put out that was known not to work with all listed vehicles ? Have always been a 110% supporter here and have never had any problem with an update but this one kinda gets me.

I can send you 9r08 to use until we add your cals to the new update.
