Can Predator stop CEL from EGR delete

I have an 07 F350 CC 4x4 that just threw a CEL for low EGR flow. It has 89,000 miles on it now and the EGR has never been cleaned so it's probably a faulty or clogged valve causing it. I'm considering an EGR delete since I'm so close to having warranty expire anyhow but can the Predator shut off the CEL that will come from removing the valve?

I have a U7165 with v.9r10 in it. CALID is VXCF5H5. Thanks.
