HELP!! No display info

I just got my U7140, version r35 for my '05 Mustang GT last weekend. I loaded the 87 performance tune and all was good. I filled up with 93 on thursday and later that night I installed the 93 performance tune. When the install was complete, it said to unplug the tool, I took it out for a test drive. Everthing was fine.

I decided I wanted to disable my traction control after I got back. When I plugged my Predator in, it powers up but I get no info on my screen. I have tried plugging it into another Mustang as well as with just the proper 12v DC supply, and still no info on the screen.

I know in the back of the manual it says to return it for a warranty exchange for this exact trouble, BUT, now I am stuck with the 93 tune installed and no way to reload the stock tune if I have an issue!

It's no big deal to do the exchange, but how can I get my original tune back?

First of all, on the back of the Predator there is a contrast adjustmant screw. Try turning this in small increments to see if the screen comes back. If not, then please contact our tech department at 561-908-0040 to recieve an RMA to send the tool in for repair. We will keep the stock tune on the Predator for you and send it back with the tune in it.

Do you know what it going on? I used to be able to plug in whenever I wanted and never an issue, now it seems after the second plug in, the screen goes.
