Ford fixed file problem

Trying to open fpbf2ay.frg from a 2010 mustang- CMR says 'cannot find template blah blah- must open tuning file'

Why?

The file worked fine as a Tuning file- Everything worked out great-
But that leads me to another question-
Can I use CMR without an internet connection (I loaded it on my laptop so I can go to the coffee shop, sip cappucinos and check out the chicks while I'm writing tunes

)

Yes, but if it need to download a template or ori file you will be out of luck...
