DEAD F350

It’s 6:30 PM and I’ve got a dead 2008 F350 with a 6.4L. After installing the tune of a U7164, the truck would not start and the programmer cannot read the ignition anymore. Another thing, after the programming, I took the key out and the ignition was still on. I had to unplug the batteries.

The Predator has 9R12 in it.

The unit 1 calid is: 8C3A-14C204-AK

The unit 2 calid is: 7C3A-14C337-AG

Please help ASAP because this is commercial truck and the customer needs it to work. I now realize that it’s a national holiday for you guys (I'm in Canada) so I guess Tomorrow is when I should get some help from you (I was on hold at tech support for 1 hour before I thought of that!!!) I really think the PCM or TCM died, it’s like you would try to start it in drive, and it’s not the theft system kicking in.

If by any chance you read this tonight or early tomorrow, please reply to let me know if I have to get this thing towed to the dealership or if you think we can force it back to stock.
