'08 Challenger SRT-8

Just sold my Predator and upgraded to the Trinity. Verified the Trinity had the latest revision loaded before I installed the 93 CAI tune. Initially I was modifying this tune before I loaded it. When I selected the AutoStick mode button, the Trinity just froze. I left if for almost fives minutes (thinking it might work itself out) before I had to unplug it and start over. Same thing happened the second time. The screen just froze and the Trinity was completely unresponsive. I unplugged it again, but this time I skipped the autostick mode. I reset the TCM and raised the shift points without any problems. I continued on and completed the install of the 93 CAI tune. After the tune was loaded I went back in to quick adjust the autostick mode. Same thing happened, it instantly froze. Three more attempts were made with the same result. Everything else seems to work fine. Just looking for a little help.

On a separate note, I thought upgrading to the Trinity would allow me to have control over the shift points. Just wondering why this feature isn't available on the Challenger? Thanks in advance.

This freeze issue has only been seen in the Quick adjust menu on HEMI cars, where is yours freezing?

restore the backup, load this, reselect your vehicle, and all will be well.

The issue you are describing is totally unrelated...

Not saying mine was related other than the freezing part in general. I dont wanna thread jack this thread but if you would like to help me on mine on my thread I would greatly appreciate it.

That fixed the problem. Overall operation is also way better (faster, smoother). Thanks.

My 1r07 Trin froze on the autostick menu too.

Hey Mikle, As a reminder mine did the trans freeze deal also, as the same as the OP was. I got your down load and fine since. Just a reminders its not a first. For your logs.

I have had the freeze issue before as well. I have discovered, I believe, that is is just a misload with the crom software. I reloaded the crom to the tool and it didn't freeze anymore.
