Scratched Screen

I got my new upgrade and didn't know what to expect. Was hoping that they woulld do is put new screen on my Predator, cause it was all scratched up. No luck. Anyway got to thinkin How do I fix it? I did it, sorta better. I did this.
1. take 2000 grit sandpaper and lightly "sand" the screen. It makes it look dull. Don't panic.
2. take rubbing compound on a soft cotton rag. And rub the hell out of it.
3. Viola. dulling scratches gone! Bigger gashes harder to see.
It worked for me. Treat it like you finishing new paint on a car.
