2004 Ford 250 Diesel won't start

Predator part - U7165 for 2003 - 2007 Ford - I have a 2004 Ford F250 PowerStroke Diesel.

I took my truck in to the dealership to have an oil leak fixed and when they fixed it, they had to take the transmission and starter out of the truck to fix the leak. When I picked the truck up I plugged in the Predator to program it to The Tow Package. I got through the programming and when I went to start the truck, it would not turn over and start. I tried to program it back to the original backup and it won't go back...it just errors out. I did notice that it gives ECM Fatal Error. I talked with Mike last night and he said to unhook the batteries and drain everything so the computer would reset. I did that and it still won't start. Do you have any other suggestions?

Does it let you restroe the stock tune?

If not, give us a call with the tool powered up in the truck please.

No it does not, but I am not with the truck right now. It is still sitting at the dealership since it would not start. How late can I call you to discuss and what's the best number?
