M4010 7.8L Duramax Problems Running AFTER a couple of weeks

Hey guys, have a customer with a 7.8 Duramax Dump Truck who bought the M4010 Extreme Power puck in June, installed it and ran fine for a couple of weeks.

Called today and says it was working but then all of a sudden started to bog down really bad. If he turns the powerpuck all the way down back to factory setting the truck runs fine but if he turns it up at all it bogs down.

Other than the obvious check for loose or broken connectors, what can you advise short of an RMA to send it back to Diablosport?
