Help! Downloaded new software and now it won't work

Part # U7194 On a 2007 chevy truck ( New Body)
I had version 9r05 and down loaded 9r15 and now the controller said
"Incompadible hardware No serial Flash Found contact tech support"
I can't find the old version to go back too. Helkp what do I do????
