Here is the tune that I read from my stock 02 Excursion 7.3. It should be the 60hp economy tune.

Would appreciate if you could add the option to adjust the speed limiter as discussed in the the previous tread (U7170 - Economy tune and adjusting speed limiter).

There should be an adjustable speed limiter setting in the tool already.

I have been looking through the menus, but cant find it anywhere. I have U7170 (v.7r19d). Do I need to update?

You will probably need the hardware upgrade, also. Do you know how old the Predator tool is? It may have the smaller memory which crashes when you try to update to the newer revision, which has the adjustable parameters.....

would appreciate if you could help me with this one. In the previous thread where I posted the initial request you responded with:

"Lower it?
Not with the Predator, but we could write a custom tune to do it."

and

"No charge for the speed limiter tune, export a copy of your tune and post it here..."

OK, where do you want it lowered to?

56 mhp will work fine. Thanks for helping me out.

The factory setting will not go lower than 80 MPH, I set it to 8- mph in this tune.
