2009 cuda kennybell blower

I hope you can help me with this problem, I am tuning a 2009 cuda with a man gearbox, it has a kennybell supercharger fitted. I fitted a 2 bar map sensor, and changed the ignition and fuel table scaling to read the 2 bar map sensor. The vehicle is running fin to a point.The loger is reading the boost up to 180kpa and the fuel and ignition numbers match to what i have set them too. the problem i am haveing is that the engine will not rev over 4500rpm at full throttle, the thottle closes and when the revs drop by 200rpm the throttle comes alive again. The engine will free rev to 6500 in neutral, also when driving on the road, if you put your foot on the clutch while the car is moving it will free rev to 6500. I can get to 155kpa no problems but when i try for that extra it hits this limiter.

I am out of ideas.Hope you can help me out.

No such thing as an 09 Cuda. Plymouth is dead. I assume you mean a Challenger?
