No Cruise Control

I have the Predator U7191 and a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP with the LS4 engine. I've installed the Diablo Tune and it works great (except for a jerking issue when the DOD engages). So, I was told to use the No DOD tune (as stated in the other thread), but whenever I use the No DOD tune, the cruise control will not engage. It says it's on, and then it just goes away immediately. Any chance this will be fixed?

This also occurs with the 91 Octane No DOD tune. Please fix this! I would love to run the 91 Octane No DOD tune, but it sucks without cruise control!

I have an '06 Monte SS with the LS4, run the 91 no DoD tune and don't have this issue (I tested it the other night on a highway run after seeing this thread). Not saying you don't have the problem, but that it doesn't seem to be inherent to the U7191 as I don't have the issue and can't recreate it.
Good luck,
HF

+1 to Harm... I have not had this issue either... and this is the first time I've heard of this issue... seems to be an isolated incident...

yay... isolated to my GXP =(
Still, it works fine with the tunes + DOD, but not with the tunes - DOD, so as it may not be the Predator's fault per say, however, I believe it's a compatibility issue with the Predator. Either that, or the GXP just simply will not engage cruise control if DOD is turned off - in which case, I say boo to you Pontiac! Your Chevy counterpart can do it... =(

Sorry, I don't mean to be annoying, but it has been quite a while now with no answer.

I have not been able to get a car in here to test this to see why it is happening.
Thanks

I'd offer up my car for a day or two, but I'm guessing you're nowhere near Kansas City... =(
