Help cummins 5.9 with predator chip causing knock

Hi guys I'v recently been having a problem with my truck! I own a 2006 cummins 5.9 with the predator U7131 with the settings on fuel economy! i'v had this chip in for over a year and now im getting what sounds to me and a few other people to be a timing knock/rattle! when i take the chip out the noise goes away! Im just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has fixed it thank you very much for all your help

Sounds like an injector going out to me. Probably over fueling a cylinder, and when you have the programmer on it, it just amplifies it
