Dodge Challenger 6.1l 2008 SRT-8 hard shift with 91 perf?

Just wondering if this is normal, with the 91 Octane perf tune (stock), if I floor it when it shifts into 2nd gear the car "nudges" you a good bit, like it's doing a hard shift...checked it, doesn't do this on the stock tune...is this what makes you able to "bark" the tires going from 1st to 2nd? I'm just worried that it's going to hurt my transmission, I have the latest 9r27 rom on, and have basically a stock vehicle...thanks in advance.

Btw here's a pic of her.

No harm to the tranny, just allowing the engine to hold timing between gears.

Does it do that in autostick to? Because I feel it a lot in autostick as well.

Also, can you even modify the tunes? I was going through on my Predator and all I see is modify stock tune...I was wanting to modify the 91 tune...and I noticed there is "raised shift points" and "stock shift points" I'm guessing the 91 tune has the raised shift points and that's why it kicks you back when it shifts from 1st to 2nd? even in autostick?
