have a deltachip im two horny and was removed from a 2002 f350 7.3l with an automatic trans.-tried to put in a 2003 7.3l with automatic trans and truck will not start with chip in-take it out and cycle key and truck starts-is this a programming issue with chip-chip worked fine on other truck when removed-

yes, it is not programmed properly for the 2nd chip and would need to be flashed for that truck.

is that something that I can send to your company and have reflashed with the proper calibration number

No, those are old unsupported chips.

I know one shop that flashes them, PD!, 305-218-0640.
