programmer can't read vehicle id how can I correct this??

Make sure a copy of the orginal backup is stored on the PC first and then make sure that the DS Downloader software has Compress Send button checked. Then send the custom tune to the predator. IT will work after you do that.

can't upload backup, have followed all inst. but the programmer is asking for the ignition to be turned off??

May i ask is this r14 revision? This has been tested in r17 and has not shown up. But if it ask you this message after sending to the predator disregard it and go to the truck and plug it in and hit performance tune. You should see Diablo Tunes and Custom tunes.. Under Custom tunes will be the custom tune that you sent it. weird thing is that on the older software there was a bug on custom tune transfer. The file would transfer but it gave that stupid message.

I'm running r17, I tried searching for the custom tune but not there, I tried downloading it twice and both times it gave an ok msg. but still not there. I can't load backup due to ignition on msg..
