I'm looking for an eec reader but I'm not seeing any on the website & there's no contact info to ask a question where can I get one anyone?

Electronic Engine Control. Ford's lingo. There's different generations, EECIV, EECV, etc...

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you a Diablo Dealer? All the Ford Tuning Dealers have chip burners which can read the PCM as well.
