Any updates for the K30 family

UNIT1-8U7A-14C204-CD
UNIT2-7U7A-14C337-AB
The tool is a U7164
V.9R12
I have been waiting for an update since 3/22/10
Is there any hope for the tool to work properly some time this year?
I love the tunes but does nothing on the extreme tune seting.
Please advice if there is anything that you guys can do for me?

i just wish they would come up with a tune to break the 13 mpg mark. and thats unloaded with a good wind pushing down hill.
