screwed up the update

I didn't load the original back into my truck before updating the tuner and yep now it won't work on my truck. Is there a way to fix my mess up? Thanks

Please call tech support, Gary, Mike will be able to help. Depending which application you have the factory tune should be intact. We might need to force the backup back into the vehicle but they will be able to fix it.
