U7135 predator crom needed

I was talking with one of your support people and since I updated my predator like I was told I can't get it to save custom tunes like it did before. I did put the orginal tune back in the car and still won't work. Predator came with 9r20 crom and I was told to update to 9r23 when it came out. I would like to go back to the 9r20 crom to see if this fixes my problem. Could you please email the crom to [email protected]. I have a 2009 dodge challenger srt 8 with a 6 speed. I bought the predator new less than a year ago if it needs to be sent back for repairs. Thanks in advance,
