RMA question U7195

Sorry to place this here, but no answer in another part of the forum.

My RMA is CO-5505, I just got some kind of statement in the mail. Sales order # SO-13317. Is my U7195 on its way back to me and updated and unlocked as the invoice states? And the only charge is shipping and it came out of my RMA payment info?

I'm not sure how that is handled Joey.
I would call 877-396-6614 and hit the prompt for the RMA department.
They would be able to answer this question for you.
