Cannot change tire size - 08 Jeep WK

I have the Trinity for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L. I cannot update the tire size with the Trinity. I have tried it three different ways: quick adjust with tune installed and not installed, modifying diablo 91 tune before install and modifying CMR pre-install. All times I am able to enter size/ratio/wheel size, but when I hit apply it says "failure to update tire size). Can someone please help me with this? Anyone else have rhiI bought new wheels and tires yesterday and want to make sure all of my data is accurate. Thanks in advance - Brad

My trinity was just returned for a defective connection...so I should be in your system.

FYI I am trying to change from stock size 245/65r17 to my new wheels 295/40r20.

Let me know what else I need to do or if u need more info from me

CalID is the Calibration Identification number. Go into Option, then Show Information. Its says Saved Calid. Thats the number he wants.

So I just did the most recent crom update and the tire size STILL cannot be updated.

I have tried the quick adjust and modifying parameters. Please provide an update on this issue. Thanks in advance!

well I updated my trinity with the dcx gas update, and already had the most recent u7137 update...and still NO DICE! I tried with the full tune install, and the quick adjustment...both time I press apply it says "unable to update tire size"

Please HELP!!!!!!!!

I would prefer that someone tell me this is unlikely to occur or there is a fix to this. I bought this unit solely to update my performance, monitor various parameters via lcd screen and gauge-layouts and update my tire size. It was promoted as having that capability for a long time before my purchase and now has been over a year since I bought my trinity and still has not been fixed... after 3 times being told the problem is gone on this forum and to update my trinity. Please provide some insight. Sorry for the lengthy email, it is just frustrating
