I want to remove the cats and put pipe in their place, is there a way to do it and not constantly throw codes???? Any help is appreciated!

Needs a custom tune....

I got a custom tune from Monte a few months ago, if I cut the cats will he retune for free???? I have a cold air intake, and exhaust and want to cut the cats. What else could I do that is fairly simple to help hp and maybe fuel economy? Please help.....
