U7186 I got this from a repo friend, it was in a vehicle that was repoed and I want to find out if it is dedicated to vehicle or if it is back to factory settings. How can I check it?

Check the last written tune by plugging it in and navigating through the menus.
The apostrophe does not mean "Look out, here comes an S"!

It says Diablosport 120hp tune. That probably means it is married to another vehicle?

Yup. It would say Original Backup if it was unlocked.
