looking at buying DBL-U7198

i was looking at buying the DBL-U7198 for my 99 z71, i have a k&n cold air intake and throttle body spacer and dual flowmaster cat back exahust system. i was wonderin if this would be a good uprade for my truck? what hp would it add to my truck? is it easy to install? would i need a custom install? i dont really know much about programmers so im looking for any advice on these.

The tunes in the u7198 will add 15-20 rwhp depending on your motor, and firm up the shifts as well.
It should also help improve mileage a bit too.
