Rapid downshift twice with Predator v.9r10 on 07 F250

I like the tow tune for pulling my travel trailer, but I would like to have my factory shift points back. When it is on cruise control and pulling a hill, the tranny drops one, then quickly drops a 2nd time for a couple seconds, and then shifts back up one until the load no longer requires one gear down and shift back up to OD. This happens in regular and Tow Haul modes. What should happen is that the tranny drops one and stays there unless the load is high enough to require the the 2nd downshift like the factory shift points did. I can prevent the double downshift by taking over the throttle when starting up a grade, but I don't want to do that. That's what I have cruise for. How can I get my factory shift points (or similar) back?

I'm replying to my own post because after 2 weeks, no one from Tech Support has replied, not even with a PM. What the hell does it take to get a reply for help from DiabloSport? This is really poor support.

We do not have any TCM support in the Predator for the 6.0 Power strokes, so I cant help you with changing the shift points, although, there is no way the tuner changed them either...thus no TCM support...
