Reprogramming cam phaser tables

I have purchased a U7151 Revision 9r11.
I'm working on a 2007 Ford F150 with 5.4 3 valve motor.
I want to install cam phaser limiter kit from comp cams, they say the computer must be reprogrammed by adjusting phaser tables to a maximum retard of 20 degrees. I have not been successful in finding someone that can email a program that will do this. Has anyone installed phaser limiters or the phaser blocking kits available from livernois? I am running a stock motor with no modifications, just tired of the cam phaser noise that exist even after all new timing componets, phasers, sensors, etc.

Probably not something anyone wants to do via email, nor would I understand wanting to do this with the stock cams??

Youre going to lose power....

My email help request response from Diablosport was this
"You can contact any of our Ford custom tuning dealers for a custom tune to do this."
One of "your Ford tuning dealers" told me to buy a Diablo Predator and he would email me a tune that would do this.
For the last week I have tried to talk to him again but he is always on the dyno or with a customer or just not there. Is there a list of other shops i can contact?

To the OP: I just installed the phaser locks on a 2006 F150. The locks are slightly different if the fact they do not allow ANY phaser movement. I purchased my programmer from RPMOutlet. A guy there named George can build you a custom program. He is actually going to set my tables to zero degrees. They do free programs for life if you purchase from them. If you purchased elsewhere they charge a hundred bucks for a tune then a nominal fee to tweak tunes later if you change something.
