p0622 code after install

2008 Shelby GT500 - been trying to locate a buck/jerk concern at cruise 2.8 now 2.6 pulley w/K&N cai.After loading new update into predator and removing the K&N and reinstalling the original air cleaner and installing the 93 octane 2.7 tune , now after a short accell , the check charging system/battery lite and code p0622 are output.w/9r07 predator update. any ideas or known concerns

Looks like an alternator problem...

if I put the stock tune in how far can I drive it to test if it is a tune or alt concern w/o causing an engine problem? [Driving it normal speeds]I know it could be a problem w/alt. but the car has only 6000 miles and only happened after the tune-and it is controlled by the pcm.Just wondering if there were any known glitches in the program. thanks

tough to say man, my best advice would be to have the alternator tested somewhere, many auto parts stores do it for free.

sir, I dont believe it is a tuner related issue, Id be glad to assist you if I though there was something else we could do at this point.
