2009 Sierra - Trinity will not power up!

Hey guys,

I'm using the trinity and it powers up when I use it with my computer but when I try to plug it into my truck it will not power up.

I have used it with my truck once and it was amazing but now I cant restore it to factoy to up date the trinity online.

I have an 09 sierra 4.8l

HELP!?

Is it possible to force an update through my computer while saving my original backup from my truck?

or is it possible that my OBD2 Cable is broken?

check the fuses in your truck...

the OBD port is usually powered by the cigarette lighter fuse or an aux. power fuse....

make sure all your fuses are good...

also, connect it to another vehicle and see it if powers up... if it does, then you know it's not a cable problem, it's your truck...
