Ordered wrong DSP

So I ordered my DSP from Truckaddons.com It came and is still sealed in the shipping box. U7136 is what was ordered and what came, need a U7137. I emailed customer service at truckaddons 8 days ago but no response.

My question was simple, if I pay shipping can I exchange for the correct one? Or, is it possible to buy a file that will update the 7136 to a 7137? I explained it was my fault on the order but was looking for direction.

No response, unit still sealed in shipping box. Besides selling and buying another, is there any other ideas? Just thought I would ask here before I take a big hit on craigslist selling this unopened unit.

you can not change one model predator into a different one...

you need to make sure you get ahold of them to exchange it, before the return policy days expire...

so, keep hounding them...
