2006 Dodge ram 2500
When I load a tune and allow it to run a few minutes it starts to buck and feels like a mis. During a slow rev it keeps doing it until about 1500 rpm then runs smooth. If I do a restore and bring it to stock it runs very smooth, but once bringing it back to tow or performance runs very rough.

The 5.9 Cummins has a tendency to run a little rough after at tune. It's a known issue and will not cause any damage to the vehicle. Many of our customers have found that if you restore the Original Backup under
OPTIONS/TROUBLESHOOTING/RESTORE ORIGINAL BACKUP
then rewrite the tune it will smooth things out some.
