Custom Tune Problem

I have had a set of custom tunes written for my 2010, but when I went to write the tunes to the vehicle recieved the following error message:
"Custom Tune Problem:
Bad Calid (2)
Dsd Version 2.2.1.9
Please use options
Custom tune to load or erase
the custom tune"
The tuner and I realized that I had not updated to the newest version of the DSDoanloader (2.2.2.0), so I did so, and also updated the new "ford" crom, thinking that this would solve the problem. It did not. The tuner stated the my original backup file should not contain a "hex" in the filename once it is the proper and current, and I kept recieveing output original backup files with "hex" in the filenames as well as the same error message when attempting to upload to the car.

Please help...is the problem with the Trinity software/update version, DSDownloader software/update version, the Original Back-Up, or the Custom Tune...and what is the problem and how do we fix it???

Many thanks in advance! :crashing:

It has nothing to-do with the tune/ori filename. Send the Original Back-up and Custom tune to cmrtech < at > diablosport.com and will examine the files. Also indicate the CROM version you updated to.

Fixed your ORI in a separate email. Stay with the your selected CROM u7141 and have your tuner regenerate the tune files.

Thanks!!!

Quick question...I have 3 custom tunes to upload...when I upload the first and then try to upload the next 2 onto the Trinity, they delete the previous ones and am left with only the final tune. What is the best way to upload multiple tunes to the Tinity; should I use the Advanced Tuning tab? Thanks again!

Yes, use Advanced Tuning tab in DSDL loading all 3 tune files. Then send to Trinity.
