turning back the performance tune for highway trip

Post by bri60ric »

part #253555, model U7141. I have a 2010 mustang GT. Changes made to vehicle is installing a SteedaCold Air Kit#555-3152 , installing magna-flow axle back mufflers, and then the Diablo sport u7141. I am planning a road trip, do I need to tune it back to burn 87 octane. It is a lot less expensiive to burn 87 octane on a long trip than 93 octane.

I'd leave it too. I've made 1,000 mile trips burning 93, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
