u7160 problem

i bought a u7160 for a 03 ford f-250 6.0 pwerstroke and when i try to install the tune it says that its not supported to call tech support...... whats wrong what do i have to do this sucks
The U7160 is very old, and generally does not support any new calibrations released by ford in the past 3 years.
Best bet is to send it in for the $99 hardware upgrade which will convert it to a U7165 to make it work in any 03-07 6.0.
