Can't find server to update calibration

Never had this issue before, internet is fine, connection is good, no firewall blocking it, tried my older ds downloader and the latest, still says error while trying to retrieve data from server (no response,) after I click ok it says XML parsing error: 'no element found' at line one. Any ideas?
