U7165 problems

Hi there I figured I would post on here beings I can't get through to tech support on the phone. I had my truck at the dealership the other day and they ended up reflashig my computer with my 100 hp tune in it. The tune is now gone and I don't believe I can recover it. So my question is what do I do? Ps I tried to install the 60 hp tune but it says the original backup is still in the handheld decide.... Any help would be appreciated thanks

You will have to fax a copy of the invoice showing that the dealership flashed it and get tech support on the phone with the device powered up in the vehicle.

It wasnt flashed at the dealership.....the diesel mechanic is a good friend of mine an he did it at my house.....so there isn't any invoice.....

Need to talk to Diablo tech support. They will have to handle that.

If it was in your driveway, why not restore the stock tune first?

I need some sort of proof to avoid the $129 unlock fee.
