U7165 Truck Wan't Crank

Truck has been running fine till today. Truck wouldn't crank.I reloaded the original back up and it cranked up and is still running. Can you tell me whats wrong?

What revision do you have on the truck?
What year is the truck?

The truck is a 2005 F350 with Revision#R17
