2005 Dodge Ram Throttle sensitivity increase
Mike and Johan,Thanks for the tune with increased Throttle sensitivity and reduced tourque management adjustment. I went for a ride a few minutes ago and the throttle response is way better and the shifts are real quick.

RE: 2005 Dodge Ram Throttle sensitivity increase
I was wondering if there was anything available to help my '05 Power Wagon 5.7 Hemi out with this. It seems to take a LOT of throttle to keep it going once it shifts into third. Also, there is a HUGE flat spot around the 4000 to 4500 RPM range. It accellerates great up to that point, falls on it's face, then picks back up again. I just purchased the Predator and it has the v.9r09 on it already. I did have to download the current update for my truck prior to installing the 93 Octane Performance tune. Still seems to be very soft out of the hole, and that's with 4.56 Gear Ratio......there has to be something better for getting off the line. Like I said, once up around 3000rpm's it screams, it's just slow getting there.
I have a K&N drop in and Flow Master Exhaust........
Current tune #'s :
Predator v.9r09
PCM:
Perf 93 oct
TCM:
Perf Trans Tune
+ Quick Adjust

I can help you for a fee of $25.00wagonman wrote:Bump
don't know if your '05 PW has the same/similar throttle table as my '05 Ram 1500. haven't looked at a PW tune yet.
post your 93 octane last tune written. I will look at the file and make sure I know what to change. if I do, I will post "yes", and you can decide if you want to buy the tune.
my truck is set at +35% above a canned tune (love it!), so that is +15% higher than you can adjust throttle sensitivity with a tuner. got to have CMR to set it that high.
